A colorized reinterpretation of the sepia snapshot. The four bathing costumes separate into navy wool and olive for the first time, the swim caps read as pale straw, and the HB monogram on the bathhouse gable comes up in the same deep blue as the painted skirt beneath it. The screened-porch cottage at left, the fence line, the wrack on the sand and the small figures under the bathhouse deck are all in the source frame. The colorization is a modern editorial pass; the photograph itself is unaltered.
