A framed oil painting of a Hawaiian hula dancer against a Diamond Head-style coastline, one of the wall murals from the Bamboo Room at Highland Beach. The dancer stands in a lei and grass skirt in the foreground; the surf and a green mountain fill the middle distance; palm trees flank the frame. The frame itself is real bamboo poles cut and lashed, matching the Bamboo Room's interior framing convention. A partial artist's signature is visible in the lower right corner. This is one of the actual physical murals that survived the room; the family recovered it after the 1962 taking and it hangs today in a private setting.
