Huddy Park, Bay Avenue, Highlands
The small waterfront park at the foot of Bay Avenue in Highlands that carries Huddy's name, on the ground where the killing is believed to have taken place. A memorial obelisk of unornamented granite, dedicated in 1926 by the Daughters of the American Revolution, still stands in the center of the park. Two benches face the harbor. A modern playground is next door.
