Bay Avenue dock, Highlands
The dock rebuilt after Sandy on elevated pilings. Two working charter boats moored where four party boats used to be. The corner where the silver diner stood is condominiums. A small public boardwalk and a bench on the pier. The commercial function is smaller, the residential function is larger, and the block still runs on the tide.
