Son of Jack and Florence Bahrs. With his wife Peg, ran Bahrs Landing from the 1940s into the 1970s and turned it from a seasonal fish camp into a year-round landmark — the era of the Sinatra and DiMaggio visits the family still tells. Retired in 1974, passing the restaurant to Ray Cosgrove.
